    Bronze Beginner

    A free consultation followed by two separate hour-long sessions to address executive functioning concerns such as: organization, task initiation, mindset, time blindness, task prioritization, and more depending on specific needs.


    Length: 1 hour session
    Duration: 2 sessions

    Application Preparation

    A free consultation and as many 1hr sessions as desired for college, graduate school, or medical school application assistance. These sessions may include: essay workshops, school searches, navigating interviews, expectation management, and timeline management.

    Weekly or Monthly Sessions (most popular)

    Weekly or monthly 1-on-1 sessions to assist with high school or college courses or adult executive functioning concerns. These sessions will utilize body doubling techniques, timed exercises, content help, mind-gut connection science, and more to ensure success. This is perfect for anyone needing help with routine management, academic help in school, or guided executive functioning mentoring.

    Platinum Professional

    Do you need a complete revamp? Do you have an important deadline coming up? Do you have a student that is failing courses or on track to be off-track? Think of this package as executive functioning boot camp. We will take a deep dive into the various aspects of life ADHD and executive functioning difficulties can effect: home, work, school, relationships, etc. And attack issues in a piecewise, systemic fashion. This package is incredibly individualized and requires a 45 min initial consultation.

    Single Session

    A single one-time session that can be tailored to fit your individual needs. These sessions can be used once to plan for specific projects or as often as possible for longer term goals.

    Cognitive Conditioning

    Weekly one-on-one sessions where we will utilize the latest in neuroscience research to improve cognitive skills such as: processing speed, long-term and short-term memory, attention, and logic and reasoning. First, we will start with a test which will give us insight into which specific areas need improvement. Then, we will create a learning plan which uses activities taken from educational testing and research to target and strengthen cognitive skills. This does not include a lifestyle assessment or executive functioning concerns.

    Monthly Accountability Group

    Join our Monthly Accountability Group—a dedicated space for professionals and high-achievers committed to turning intentions into measurable results. This group is designed for those who want to set ambitious goals, build sustainable habits, and consistently follow through, all within a supportive community of like-minded peers.

    There is also an option for college students.
